We are looking for a highly organized, systems-oriented, and execution-driven Project Manager to take ownership of operational workflows and project delivery across multiple simultaneous projects.
Someone who brings structure to chaos and naturally thinks in systems, processes, timelines, and accountability.
Proactive and organized, capable of managing multiple moving parts without losing clarity.
You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks, and do not wait for instructions; you identify what needs to happen and move execution forward.
Comfortable handling cross-functional communication, identifying operational gaps, and keeping teams aligned and accountable.
1 - 4 years of experience in Project Management, Operations Management, Project Coordination, or similar execution-focused roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as ClickUp (or equivalent platforms like Asana, Monday, Jira, Notion).
Comfortable using Google Workspace tools, especially Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to structure projects into clear deliverables, tasks, timelines, and ownership.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and reduce communication fragmentation.
Excellent documentation, follow-up, and reporting discipline.
Proactive risk awareness ability to identify blockers, delays, and operational risks early and escalate them appropriately.
High ownership mindset with strong organizational and execution skills.
Basic data literacy, comfortable reading project data, building simple reports, and turning numbers into clear status updates.
Working knowledge of at least one project delivery approach (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid, or Waterfall) and the judgment to apply what fits.
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to draft reports, summarize meetings, and accelerate routine PM work.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment with strong self management.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience managing remote teams or distributed operations.
Experience working with technical, development, automation, or data-related projects.
Experience building dashboards, SOPs, or scalable workflow systems.
Familiarity with automation tools such as native ClickUp automations.
Client communication or account management experience.
Basic understanding of operational scaling and resource management.
Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PSM, or ClickUp Verified Expert) is a plus, not required.
You will own project execution systems and operational coordination across multiple simultaneous projects. Your core mandate is to build a structured, scalable execution environment that reduces leadership dependency, improves visibility, and ensures projects move forward predictably. You will work closely with leadership, internal teams, and occasionally clients to maintain operational clarity and predictable delivery.
Execution System Ownership
Own and maintain the company’s project management system (ClickUp) spaces, lists, statuses, templates, hierarchies, and automations.
Build and maintain dashboards covering project progress, delays, blockers, team workload, and delivery health.
Keep the project execution environment centralized, organized, and audit-ready at all times.
Project Structuring & Coordination
Break projects down into clear deliverables, actionable tasks, timelines, and named owners.
Act as the central coordination point between leadership and execution teams, ensuring team members always understand priorities and next steps.
Ensure every project has proper documentation and visibility from kickoff to closeout.
Deadline & Accountability Management
Track project progress proactively and surface delays, blockers, and communication gaps before they become major issues.
Drive follow-ups with team members and enforce execution discipline across projects.
Escalate risks to leadership with a clear recommendation, not just the problem.
Communication & Reporting
Centralize project communication and produce daily, weekly, and monthly progress updates.
Maintain concise, leadership-ready reports that show delivery health at a glance.
Where useful, leverage AI tools to accelerate status writeups, meeting summaries, and routine documentation.
Resource & Workflow Management
Monitor team capacity and workload distribution; flag overloaded or underutilized resources.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose concrete improvements to leadership.
Help shape SOPs and operating rhythms that let the company scale without losing clarity.
Client Coordination
Act as the communication point for selected projects or clients when required.
Provide project updates, timeline clarifications, and structured expectation management.
Maintain professional, predictable client communication that reflects well on AutoBizz.
