We’re now seeking an E-commerce Operations Specialist who enjoys optimizing processes, managing systems efficiently, and ensuring smooth online storefront performance.
You will support day-to-day stability and execution across Shopify and connected sales channels. This role blends operational discipline with client-facing finesse. You will act as an embedded member of an augmented client team, handling operational tasks, coordinating fixes, preparing clear reports, and providing virtual assistance and Shopify guidance when needed. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Senior E-commerce Consultant and receive direct guidance from leadership.

Reporting to: Operations Manager and Senior E-commerce Consultant.
Salary Range: BDT 25K - 30K
Start date: As soon as available.
Bonuses: Two festival bonuses and four quarterly bonuses as per performance.
