Crew Mindset
We see ourselves as crewmates steering the same ship. Everyone pulls in the same direction, supports each other, and shares responsibility for getting to the destination. Wins are celebrated together, and challenges are faced together.
Agnostic Tech Approach
We pick the right tool for the job and stay tech-agnostic. Our priority is clean, maintainable solutions that fit the client’s context, not chasing trends or locking into unnecessary platforms.
Keep it simple
We favour practical, straightforward solutions. Start with the least-complex approach that works - fewer API calls, lower cloud costs, clearer UIs, and only add complexity when there’s a clear reason, especially on the users' side.
Intellectual honesty
We value truth over comfort. Speak up when something isn’t working, back opinions with facts, seek real feedback, and acknowledge mistakes quickly so we can fix them. No ego. No blame. Just clarity, feedback, and problem-solving.
Going Beyond
We celebrate those who exceed “just enough.” Whether it’s adding unexpected polish, improving a process no one asked to touch, or mentoring a teammate, above-and-beyond actions create long-term wins, but make sure to communicate them so they’re recognized
